How Do I Book My Spot?

A few simple steps and you're in! All first-time bookings go through Ashley directly to make sure everything is set up just right for the group.

Send a note to lock in your interest

Email Ashley at ashley@nerdventurestravel.com with your name, cabin preference, and how many guests are in your party.

Confirm your passenger details

Ashley will need the following info for each person in your party:
· First and last name as it appears on your driver's license
· Date of birth
· Email address
· Phone number

Pay your deposit to hold your cabin

Once your info is received, Ashley will run the deposit on your behalf and your cabin is officially saved. If you'd prefer to pay the full balance upfront, that option is available too.

Note: Travel insurance is available and strongly recommended — we'll share full details alongside your booking information. Once your spot is confirmed, Ashley will be there every step of the way with pre-departure info, packing tips, and all the fun details closer to sail date.
